How do I pay for my items?

An invoice will be sent by email following the close of the auction. There will be a link in the invoice to process payment online. We accept all forms of credit card and PayPal. You may also pay cash at the time of pick up. Sorry, but we do not accept checks.

How do I know what lots I won?

There are two ways to check what you have won.

While logged in your account, click on the “current bids” tab. Next to each item you placed a bid on, there will be an icon that will tell you whether you won the lot or were outbid. You can get to this tab by clicking the arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

You will also receive an itemized invoice through email shortly after the close of the auction.

I put a credit card number on file. Can you charge it?

Our bidding software automatically has a tab to enter credit card information. However, our subscription does not cover access to it. There is no need to enter credit card information, as it serves no purpose.

What happens if I cannot pick up on one of the scheduled pick up days?

As a small company, we are very limited on space and manpower. In order to run auctions efficiently, it is crucial that bidders pick up and pay for items before the last pick up date. We ask that you plan on picking up on one of the scheduled pick up days, or contact us prior to bidding.

If something happens after you won lot(s) and cannot pick up on one of the scheduled pick up days, please contact us immediately. We are willing to work with you! However, the Friday after the end of an auction is our cut off day to accept payments and allow for pick up.

Why is an item back up for auction that was in a past auction?

Unfortunately, we get bidders from time to time that fail to pick up and pay for their items. This is frustrating to us because it is not only unfair to us, but to other fellow bidders. We ban these bidders from future auctions and have no choice but to re-list the items or return to the owner.

Can I look at items in the auction before bidding?

Yes! We encourage all bidders to preview items prior to bidding. Please contact us to schedule a preview between Monday – Friday between 9-5.

How long have you been in business?

Our first auction was in June of 2013. Bullseye Bids was founded by husband and wife, Salvador and Sharon Andrade. Sharon received her auction license in April of 2013.

Do you take consignments?

Most of what we auction is owned by us. We do accept consignments from time to time. If you are interested in consigning, please contact us and let us know what you have. It would be most helpful if you contact us by email and send pictures of your items. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee any sell amount. We start all of our items at $2.00 with no reserve.

I’m lost. Google maps failed me. Help!

Coming from downtown, take 59 South. Once you pass Beltway 8, exit Wilcrest/W. Bellfort. Wilcrest turns into Murphy Road once you turn left. We are about a mile down on the left hand side.

We are located on Murphy Rd in between Main and HWY 59. We are located in a complex on the corner of Murphy Rd and Mula/Greenbriar directly behind Pitter Patter, and across the street from Whataburger and Bank of Texas.

What is a soft close?

Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid.

What is a stagger?

There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on. This is to allow more convenient bidding as not all items end at once.
