Once you register, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
All bidders must be at least 18 years old and provide valid proof of ID at the time of pick up.
All items are subject to local sales tax. BUYERS PREMIUM:
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each item purchased. For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer must pay $110 which includes the 10% buyer's premium.
MOTOR VEHICLES: A $20 title preparation fee will be added to each vehicle purchased.
PAYMENT: We accept cash, credit card and Paypal payments. An invoice will be sent by email following the close of the auction. Please allow up to two hours to receive the invoice. Payment may be made by credit card online through the link on the invoice. Cash or credit payment at the time of pick-up is also accepted.
AUCTION PICK UP: All items are to be picked up during a scheduled pick up time at 13003 Murphy Rd Suite D-2, Stafford, TX 77477 (832-350-2435). It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of pick up times. Buyers must be able to show identification at the time of pick up. If someone else is picking up your items, please send us written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. The person must be able to show identification at time of pick up. We will have at least one employee available to help load up items. If you have a large item, please bring additional help. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, moving blankets, etc. to properly transport items. If you are unsure what is needed to pick up your items, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you of what is needed. Bullseye Bids is not liable for any damage to items while or after loading. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WRAPPING, BOXES, STRAPS, ETC.
LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE: Robertdelivers.com is a local pick up and delivery service that can pick up your items and deliver them to your location. Rate is $15 per load within a 15-mile radius and $1 per additional mile. This service is only available for smaller orders. Go to www.robertdelivers.com for more info. FAILURE TO PICK UP: Items must be picked up during one of the scheduled pick up times unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. We understand that extenuating circumstances may prevent you from picking up your items. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements. Bidders that do not pick up and pay for their items by the deadline will be banned from future auctions.
AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF CARD/LATE PICK UP: If payment is not received by the last scheduled pick up time, your card on file will be charged. You will have an opportunity to schedule a time to pick up or pick up during our next scheduled pick up within 14 days. If a bidder is consistently picking up items late, we reserve the right to block them from future bidding.
ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP: Any items not picked up within 14 days will be deemed forfeited. Bullseye Bids reserves the right to re-list or donate any forfeited items without notifying the buyer. It is not our procedure to remind buyers to pick up items. WARRANTIES: All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Bullseye Bids strongly recommends that bidders inspect all items by scheduling a preview. We do our best to picture items as they are and capture any flaws. However, at times items do look different in size, color or condition in person. For this reason, we urge bidders to preview items prior to bidding. Please contact us to schedule a preview at 832-350-2435 between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.
CONDITION OF ITEMS: Bullseye Bids will give a detailed description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on. Bullseye Bids will not be held responsible for an item not working once it has left our premises. If an item is tested and it does not work, we will list it as not working or not list it at all. At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working.
SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid.
STAGGER: There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on. This is to allow more convenient bidding as not all items end at once.
